2023 July 6, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Chaimas Frenkelis Villa-Museum Park (Vilniaus St. 74, Šiauliai) will host the opening concert of the 20th International Chaimas Frenkelis Villa Summer Festival dedicated to celebrating Statehood Day (the coronation of Lithuania's King Mindaugas).
