1. Is the museum open on Sundays?

2. In which departments of the museum can photo sessions be organized? What is the price?

Photo sessions are available in all departments of the museum. Need registration phone (8 41) 43 36 80.

3. Is it possible to organize a wedding ceremony in the museum?

Yes, it is. Firstly, it is necessary to agree on the date and time of the wedding ceremony, tel. (8 41) 43 36 80. Then, you must apply to the registry office and obtain a form for the outgoing marriage. You must submit this form to the museum administration.

4. In which departments of the museum is the wedding ceremony service available? What is the price?

Wedding ceremonies are available in three departments of the museum: Chaim Frenkel villa and villa park, Photography Museum and on the museum’s roof terrace, and at the farmhouse or farmstead territory of Žaliūkiai Village Miller’s Farmstead. The price of the wedding ceremony (up to 2 hours) inside the museum is 200 Eur, in the museum territory – 100 Eur.

The service of the wedding ceremony must be agreed in advance with the museum administration, tel. (8 41) 43 36 80. The museum does not provide wedding venue decor services.

5. Where can I find the application or short-term premises rental application form and to whom should I submit it?

Application or short-term premises rental forms can be found here. You can fill them in and send them by e-mail rastine@ausrosmuziejus.lt  or you can come to the administration office of Šiauliai “Aušros” museum (Vilniaus St. 74, Šiauliai) and submit an application on the spot.

6. I would like to receive more detailed information about the museum exhibits, the museum or its activities. Where should I apply?

If you want to obtain information about the museum exhibits, the museum or its activities, firstly, you must fill in the application form, which can be found here. After you fill in the form, you can send it via e-mail rastine@ausrosmuziejus.lt  or you can come to the administration office of Šiauliai “Aušros” museum (Vilniaus St. 74, Šiauliai) and submit an application on the spot.
