SECRETS OF KOSHER
Come and get acquainted with mysterious and attractive, overgrown with myths and legends Jewish Cuisine, peculiarities of Kosher food preparation and taste traditional Jewish meals: Coln – beef and pearl-barley stew, Gefilte fish – specifically stuffed carp, Eldzelech – chicken skin appetizer, and Jewish sweet dishes – Imberlach or Teigales.
Schoolchildren of 8–12 classes and adults (group consisting of 10–40 persons) are welcome to this educational programme at Ch. Frenkelis Villa, (Vilniaus St. 74, Šiauliai, Lithuania).
Duration – 1 hour.
Price – 25 Lt, with discount – 20 Lt. Price after 5 pm – 31 Lt, with discount – 23 Lt.

Educational activity
BREAD BAKING
You are welcome to the memorable adventure at Žaliūkių Village Miller's Farmstead, where the mistress of the house meets you with welcoming smile. Today you will be involved into traditional Lithuanian bread baking process. Settled by the heated stove you will learn about the long bread's way starting with sowing and finishing with a table covered with white cloth, about Lithuanian bread baking customs, traditions and rituals. You will make and decorate your own loaf, bake it and taste bread with respect. Taste of bread is taste of life. Come and experience magic power of bread, take a slice into your hand and try the true taste of life.
Educational activity is at Žaliūkių Village Miller's Farmstead (Architektų St. 73, Šiauliai, Lithuania).
Duration – 2 hours.
Price of educational activity – 100 Lt, (after 5 pm – 200 Lt). Exposition – 4 Lt per person, with discount – 2 Lt.
Additional hour of educational activity – 100 Lt, after 5 pm – 200 Lt.
